1. Legionnaires' at Yankee Stadium. A Bronx outbreak caused one death and nine illnesses after Legionella bacteria were found in 10 cooling towers, including at Yankee Stadium.

2. Pennsylvania measles deaths. The state reported 693 confirmed cases across 38 counties and four measles-associated deaths as of September 15.

3. GLP-1 use surges in kids. An NYU Langone study of health records for 3.5 million children ages 8 to 11 with obesity found a 31,000% increase in GLP-1 prescriptions from 2019 to 2026.
